Fresh Spring Breezes from WHS

This spring contemporary circus group WHS gets up on international stages with three new performances.

Accordion wizard Kimmo Pohjonen and juggler Ville Walo’s concert performance Rautakeuhko (Iron Lung) will be presented at the Kontrapunkt festival in Szczecin, Poland in April and at the Savoy Theatre in Helsinki, Finland in May as a part of the Cirko festival repertoire.

In springtime the two new performances, Nopeussokeus and Mortimer, which delighted at Kiasma Theatre In Helsinki last autumn will have their international premieres. The minimalist hypnotic Nopeussokeus made by magician Kalle Hakkarainen will be presented at the Numero de Cirque festival in France. Ville Valo’s Mortimer, which lightly laughs at death will arrive at the TAC festival in Valladolid, Spain and at Treff festival in Tallinn, Estonia.
